Richard Grosser’s experience in the technology field spans decades. He started out working on the UNIVAC I in 1957, the world's first general-purpose computer. He then became an experimental flight test engineer for Boeing Helicopter after which he became one of the founders one of the world's first computer-based data processing organizations. Some of his many accomplishments include the development of a new device for personnel authentication and the integration of biometric devices into a security framework and the transfer of anti-submarine warfare technology to the medical profession. Prior to his retirement Mr. Grosser was a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and sat on the IEEE Standards Association and the Communications Security and Electromagnetic compatibility group. He was also a Certified Manufacturing Engineer.

  He is a member of the U.S. Naval Institute, The Society for the History of Technology,  The Society for Military History and The Aircraft Owners and Pilots Organization. Richard Grosser retired as the Chief Technology Officer of a defense contracting firm. He was responsible for all R&D, engineering, and software development. He developed secure communications and intelligence gathering devices for police and homeland security agencies as well as U.S. Army Special Forces and other government agencies. He has extensive experience as a consultant to governments, manufacturing and engineering organizations both domestically and overseas. He has delivered many lectures for companies, universities, private groups and the Palm Springs Air Museum. He has also worked on a diplomatic mission to India for the U.S. State Department. He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
